You don't need to get a professional detail or major cleanup done before trading in your vehicle. A basic wash and tidy interior are helpful-and show that you care about your car-but they aren't required.

Our appraisers evaluate the actual condition of the vehicle, including wear and tear, mechanical state, and any damage. A spotless car won't dramatically change the appraisal if there are underlying mechanical issues, and a car with normal dirt won't be penalized. Just bring your vehicle as it is; we'll assess it fairly and transparently.

If you want to maximize your trade-in value, focus on keeping your maintenance records and noting any recent repairs or work. Ready to get started? Call (630) 279-5200 to schedule your appraisal.
